Thanks so much to all of those who have taken the time to give me encouragement to carry on with the blog. Still going for now, but events may yet overtake us in the not too distant future.
Anyway, I'm having one last throw (for a while) at posting some classy Norsk disco tunage. After this, I feel I need to re-connect with some more guitar based stuff on the blog and maybe even some cheesy pop music. Having said that, however, I have no idea what will enter my goldfish-like field of vision next time I'm moved to draw your attention to something.

Discodromo are a Berlin-based Italian duo, and this great single appeared last year on Prins Thomas's Internasjonal label. The original is a strong stunning chuggy arpeggiated disco journey topped off by a sweet melody which appears half way through whilst, top of their remix wishlist, Ichisan & Nakova provide a deceptively beautiful remix. Deceptive because it sneaks up on you half way through the track with guitar, that melody (again) and strings before ebbing away. This is all backed up by an excellent slightly re-arranged and arp-ed up version of “Numero Uno" by Prins Thomas himself.
Vinyl rip at 320 Kbps.

Here's my answer : Art Of Noise ;-)
You once posted some AoN. Their best work aren't available on CD, the different so-called Best Of never included the different great versions/mixes of Beatbox, Close To The Edit or Peter Gunn to name a few. A lot of unreleased material on CD are only on vinyl. I don't want to be boring and too long to explian but events in my life made me lose some dear vinyls then turntable. Some AoN were records i cherished amongt other ones.
Please keep blogging but your choice is yours only.
Cheers !
